Remedy Spa is a safe, inclusive space offering massage, facials, waxing, and yoga with me! Here our classes focus on gentle Yin and Restorative Yoga, and meditation. If Wednesday evenings or Friday mornings call for a relaxation session, we would love to see you!

If you are seeking a little adventure to go with your yoga class, Tuesday evenings at Alchemy Climbing may call to you! Alchemy offers roped and unroped climbing, no experience necessary. Here I guide an All Levels Vinyasa style class.
